Airsys Strengthens Marketing and e-Commerce Team to Support UK&I and European Growth

In 2025, the Airsys Marketing Department, now Market Development & e-Commerce has continued its rapid evolution, expanding its scope, capability, and talent to support the company’s growth across the UK&I and Europe. What was once a single-person function has transformed in just over 12 months into a fully developed department that now includes e-commerce, digital optimisation, and new technology adoption.

At the start of this transformation is James Dobson, Head of Marketing and e-Commerce, who has been with the business for nearly nine years. During his tenure, James has overseen Airsys’ transition from a UK&I-only organisation into a European operation, ensuring the marketing function scaled with it. His leadership has supported major milestones including a full company rebrand, the launch of new e-commerce platforms, establishment of a new entity (Airsys Europe), high-profile partner events, Airsys’ presence at PMR Expo, marketing training programmes, incentive campaigns and much more.

To support this expanded remit, the team has grown to include three new specialists:

Dean Simper, New Technology Adoption and Growth Manager
Dean plays a pivotal role in advancing emerging technologies within the channel. By working closely with partners, he introduces new solutions, gathers market feedback, and helps drive innovation that strengthens Airsys’ value proposition.

Mason Knight, Marketing Executive
Mason brings a strong passion for digital marketing and content creation. He has significantly enhanced Airsys’ online presence across email, social media and video—helping the business communicate more effectively with partners and customers.

Olga Zelechowska-Bidus, e-Commerce Executive
Olga was instrumental in the successful launch of the Airsys UK&I website and is now applying her expertise to deliver the new Airsys Europe e-commerce platform. Her work ensures customers benefit from streamlined online experiences tailored to each market.

Together, this expanded team represents a major milestone for the business. Their combined expertise strengthens Airsys’ marketing and digital capabilities, accelerates the adoption of new technologies, and supports the company’s continued growth across Europe.
