Airsys UK&I and Airsys Europe Reshapes Its Purchasing Department to Better Support Our Partners

In October 2025, we took an important step forward in strengthening our operations and enhancing the support we provide to our customers. We have reshaped our Purchasing Department to ensure we continue delivering the right products, at the right time, and at the right cost. 

At the helm of our updated structure is Ante Crnov, Group Procurement & Supply Chain Manager. Ante has been an integral part of Airsys for the past six years as the Airsys Europe Purchasing Manager and brings with him over 15 years of purchasing experience. His deep industry knowledge, strong relationships with manufacturers, and proven understanding of market needs make him the ideal leader to guide procurement across the entire Airsys Group. 

Ante is supported by two dedicated Purchasing Assistants, one focused solely on the UK market and the other on Europe. This clear division ensures greater local insight, faster responsiveness, and a more tailored approach to partner needs across both regions. 

With strong relationships across our supplier network, Ante knows exactly what it takes to maintain a reliable, cost-effective supply chain. He works closely with teams across Airsys to gather real-time feedback on customer demand and now leverages the advanced data insights provided by our new ERP system. This combination of collaboration and data-driven decision-making enables him to make informed choices that directly benefit partners. 

Since taking on his new role, Ante has implemented several strategic changes that have already resulted in stronger, more consistent stock levels. These adjustments are part of a long-term plan to continuously enhance product availability and supply reliability. 

As we move forward, the newly reshaped Purchasing Department will keep evolving to better support our partners—ensuring we remain aligned to customer needs, industry trends, and the high standards Airsys is known for.
