Returns and Cancellations Policy
At Airsys Communications Technology Ltd, we strive to ensure
customer satisfaction.
Provided that goods are in as-new condition,
complete with original packaging and all accompanying documentation you may return
a nonfaulty item within 21 calendar days from invoice or cancel an order that has not
been shipped or invoiced (subject to our terms and conditions)
Important Notice: Returns made without prior authorisation or a valid Returns Material Authorisation (RMA) number will be rejected

How to Return a nonfaulty Item
- Please complete our returns form
- We will then issue a RMA Number
- Clearly mark the RMA Number on the outer packaging (not the original packaging) before returning the item.
- Return goods to the Airsys returns department: Returns, Airsys Communications Technology Limited, Unit 1, The Westgate Centre, Premier Way, Luzborough Lane, Romsey, SO51 9DH
Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the
goods, excluding the original delivery charge.
Important: Goods can only be returned with prior
approval from Airsys and a valid RMA number.
Please note: All returns made after the invoice date are
at the sole discretion of Airsys Communications Technology Ltd and are subject
to a handling fee.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped or invoiced, please notify us in writing. Your request will be reviewed, and if approved, a cancellation fee may be applied.
Note: Cancellation of non-stock or special-order items may not be possible. If approved by the manufacturer, these cancellations may be subject to a be subject to a customed cancellation fee.
