Warranty Repair Services


When a product requires repair and is still under warranty, Airsys offers two types of warranty services: 

  • Out of Box 
  • Standard Warranty.

Out of Box Warranty 


If a product develops a fault within 30 days of the invoice date, and meets the following conditions: 

  • All original packaging and documentation are included 
  • The product is in re-sellable condition (e.g., no writing on the box, and no labels on the unit or battery) 

Airsys will arrange collection of the faulty product and provide a replacement at the same time.

Standard Warranty 


If the product fails outside the 30-day period, but still within the warranty timeframe and does not meet Out of Box criteria, please follow these steps: 

  • Complete the Warranty Repair Form. 
  • A Repair Number will be issued. 
  • Clearly mark the Repair Number on the outer packaging (not the original product box). 
  • Return the item to: Returns Department Airsys Communications Technology Limited Unit 1, The Westgate Centre Premier Way, Luzborough Lane Romsey, SO51 9DH 

Note: The Airsys warranty does not cover mechanical or physical damage. For out-of-warranty repairs, please see our Out of Warranty Repair Service.

Warranty Exclusions 


The warranty will be void if: 

  • The product was improperly installed or used against the operating instructions
  • There is evidence of misuse, physical damage, or exposure to corrosive/toxic substances 
  • Corrosion was caused by ingress of liquids 
  • The product has been tampered with or modified, including removal or alteration of the serial number 
  • Repairs were made by unauthorised personnel or service centres
  • Non-approved parts were used 

Handling Fee Policy 


A handling fee of £55.00 + VAT may apply in the following situations: 

  • Damage has invalidated the warranty and the repair is declined 
  • The product is deemed beyond economical repair 
  • No fault is found 
  • A repair quote is refused 

These fees reflect costs Airsys incurs from the manufacturer in such cases. 

Important Notes 


  • Some products are sold without a warranty or may be out of warranty. Please check the relevant order confirmation for warranty status before returning any items. 
  • All warranty services are subject to a standard delivery charge.
